Downloading Sequences

You can download the protein, transcript, coding, or underlying genomic sequence of the gene models you find. To download sequence:

Select the checkbox on the left for each model whose sequence you desire. Use the Check All and Uncheck All buttons as needed.
Select the type of sequence to download with the FASTA file of pull-down menu.
Click download. You'll get a FASTA file containing your selected sequence(s).

Quick Tip

If all the models whose sequence you want don't appear on the first search results page, try entering a larger number in the Results per page text box and resubmit your search.
