Scaffold Sequence Viewer

This viewer displays the sequence of a scaffold or contig in FASTA format. Gaps are shown as a string of Ns. The defline (definition line) includes the scaffold number, the numbers of the first and last bases, and in parentheses, the total length in base pairs.
