Branchiostoma floridae v1.0

Dear user!

Joint Genome Institute and Genome Portal Team are pleased to announce new upgraded version of Genome Portal. However, there are some changes that you may need to consider before you use new Genome Portal.

In the past you has been used two servers for access to the data - shake.jgi-psf.org and genome.jgi-psf.org. Shake was used for protected access by our collaborators. Genome was publicly open.

Now all our genomes - protected and public, are served from same server - genome.jgi-psf.org. We implemented new user authentication function that will allow such fine-grained access control.

Because of this we ask all collaborators to re-establish there access to protected organisms.

In case if you are having any problems reaching the organisms that you had access in the past, please contact Igor Shabalov Please provide us as much information as you can, certainly your first and last name, e-mail that you where using or will use and the organism that you are trying to reach. We apologies for any inconveniences and will resolve all issues promptly.

It seems like you are not yet logged in into the system. If you already had your individual login on shake, most probably it is already exists in the system, you just need to reset your password. If you remember e-mail that you use when register in the past, click onhttps://signon.jgi-psf.org/password_resets and enter your e-mail in reset password form. We will send you a link that will allow you to reset your password. After you will have a password, you may login to the system, but you still may need to request access permissions to particular organism.

If you already are registered with new password, click onhttps://signon.jgi-psf.org/signon to login to the system.

You also may register in the system herehttps://signon.jgi-psf.org/register.
