The genome Alternaria brassicicola was sequenced by the Washington University School of Medicine, Genome Sequencing Center. JGI Eukaryotic tools were setup to assist with manual curation and comparative analysis of Dothidiomycetes genomes.
The Alternaria brassicicola assembly contains 30.3 million bases and 10,688 predicted models.
